第二の人生
七日間トライアルでSecond Life始めてみました。前にもエントリーを作ったような気がしますが、ゲームというよりも高度なコミュニケーションツールって感じもするMMO。少なくともRPGではないですね。アバターを作って3D空間で第二の人生を自由に過ごせます。Mac OS X版のある希有なプロダクツでもあるので、どんな感じかちょっと覗いてみる事にしました。
一番ベーシックなアカウントを作るのに$9.95。時間制限も無いし、アバターをいくらでも作り直せる。さらに月額$9.95払うと土地が買えたりするらしい。まぁぶらぶら放浪する人生もいいだろうという事で、ベーシックで。一回こっきりの$9.95も七日間はフリートライアルなのでまだ決済されないので安心して下さいまし。
キャラクターはまずは性別だけ選んでよって言われたのでまぁ、男性で。キャラクターの編集画面が細かい。チュートリアルの島を抜けて、ホームにたどり着いたらいきなり「何でも判らない事があったら聞いてね」的なお姉さんに声をかけられた。あれこれ手取り足取り教えてもらって、あれこれもらって、ログイン状態が判る関係になって、最後によかったら私たちのほげほげににjoinしない？って聞かれたんだけど、よく判んなかったのでぼけちょんとしてたら、諦めたのかジェスチャーとか教えてくれた。とほほ。また明日〜つってログアウトしました。
