イチゴの収穫
苗を買ってきてプランターに植え替えただけだけど、ちゃんとしたイチゴが収穫できた。
花が咲いた頃、結構風が吹いてたので落ちちゃうんじゃないかと心配したんだけど、元気に実になった。こういうのって子育てと同じで、過保護になりすぎるのもよくないのかもしれない。とかなんとか言ってるとここ一週間くらいでみるみる赤くなってきたのでいよいよ収穫である。というか、今朝起きたら奥さんがニコニコしながら「収穫しちゃった♪」と言う。
お姉ちゃんが早速一口食べて一言。
「酸っぱ〜い」
僕も一つ食べてみたけど、確かに甘さよりも酸味の方が強い。食べられないことはないけれど、普段食べ慣れているイチゴの方にやっぱり軍配が上がる。
イチゴを見ると、また新しい花を咲かせようとしているんだけど、やっぱり愛情込めないと甘くならないのかなあ。
ウチの実家でもイチゴをやってますけど、なかなか甘くならないんですよね〜
水がやっぱり重要みたいですよ。過保護にいい水あげちゃう？ｗ
イチゴは練乳をつけると美味しいですよね。
